Billing & Plans
Manage your subscription, view your current plan, and purchase SMS top-up credits from the Billing dashboard.
Current Plan
The billing page displays your active plan with:
- Plan name and price (e.g. Growth — $29.99/mo)
- Subscription status —
active,trialing, orexpired - Next renewal date
- Trial countdown (if applicable) — shows days or hours remaining
Subscribing to a Plan
- Navigate to Dashboard → Billing & Plans
- Select the Plans tab
- Click Subscribe (during trial) or Upgrade / Switch on your desired plan
- Complete checkout via the hosted payment page (powered by Dodo Payments)
- You'll be redirected back to the dashboard — the page will poll for confirmation automatically

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

SMS Credit Balance
Your remaining SMS credit is displayed as both a dollar balance and an estimated message count. The credit resets to your plan's allocation on each billing renewal.
- Sufficient — Balance is healthy
- Low — top up — Fewer than 10 estimated SMS remaining
SMS Top-up Packs
Switch to the SMS Top-ups tab to purchase one-time credit packs:

Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your monthly allocation.
Managing Your Subscription
Click Manage Billing to open the external billing portal where you can:
- Update your payment method
- View invoice history
- Cancel your subscription
