Why Verification is Required?
Email verification ensures that:
- You own the email address associated with your account.
- We can reach you with critical service alerts, billing notifications, and security updates.
- Our platform remains compliant with global anti-spam regulations.
The Verification Flow
- Sign Up: After you register, you will be redirected to the "Verify Email" screen.
- Check Your Inbox: We send a verification link to your registered email address from
noreply@sendapi.co. - Click the Link: Clicking the button in the email will instantly verify your account.
- Access Dashboard: Once verified, your 3-day free trial begins, and you can access the full dashboard and generate API keys.
Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't received my verification email?
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Ensure you entered the correct email address during registration.
- Click "Resend Verification Email" on the dashboard if it hasn't arrived after 5 minutes.
The link has expired?
Verification links are valid for 24 hours. If your link has expired, simply log in to your account and a new link will be generated or you can request one manually.
Can I use the API without verification?
No. All protected API endpoints will return a 403 Forbidden error with the code email_unverified until the verification process is complete.
